With Navi’s Rewards & Referrals program, we were targeting our existing customers to bring in new customers for us and earn rewards in return. With this similar approach we targeted other companies who would want ot partner with us and earn for redirecting their customers towards our products.
What was the problem ?
To acquire new customers, we had to spend budget for marketing. Since we are targeting profitability, we need to reduce our marketing budget and think about ways to gain new customers with least possible cost of acquiring customers

It provides affiliates with valuable insights into the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. Affiliates can monitor the performance of their referral links and track the conversion rates of various marketing channels. They can also analyze the conversion funnel to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize their campaigns for better results.
We had not decided the content on the homepage, so we took note of all the things that could potentially be part of the homescreen and started exploring wireframes based on that. With each iteration we kept adding more realistic copy and components.

We incorporated details about the product and the ways to utilize the product offering in case the customers feel lost on the page. With this version, we made it look like a standalone homepage which educate the customers while simultaneously building trust with them.

Secondary Research
The Resources and Training section serves as an educational hub for affiliates, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to excel in affiliate marketing. This section may include video tutorials, articles etc.
After partnering with a few companies, we had to think about the scalability of the project. We need to provide our partners with the right tools so that they can deploy the SDK on their products and keep track of their marketing funnels.
It is an essential for the affiliate marketing. These include banner ads, textual content, videos, gifs etc
Designing the Edge
The closest business model that could fill this gap is affiliate marketing. Since this was a completely new business model for us, we had to start with the secondary research to understand more about the affiliate marketing and explore how other companies use it to expand their business.

A lot of money must be spent on marketing in order to attract fresh customers. As a young business, Navi must invest a lot of money in marketing. We started looking for cost-effective strategies to bring in prospective customers while reducing the amount of money spent on promoting Navi products.
Insights
An affiliate dashboard can show real time performance metrics like the number of clicks, conversions and commissions earned in real time helping them to make real time decisions. We can also show commissions breakdown from different marketing campaigns. Partners can also their earnings and payments history.
